    —Establish strategic leadership and board driven funds and initiatives.

    —Support board and investor learning, networking, and growth.

  • –Serve as senior advisor and partner to in-house development and programs teams.

    —Direct and execute capital, endowment, and leadership fundraising campaigns.

    —Design and develop new program and product concepts and initiatives.

    –Advance principal and major donor-centered strategies.

    –Create custom donor pitches and naming opportunities.

    –Draft and compile major grant applications.

  • —Serve as senior advisor to internal marketing, communications, and membership team and consultants.

    —Optimize marketing, communications, membership, and customer strategies using hybrid tactics.

    —Create appeals, impact stories, and loyalty campaigns.

    —Plan and leverage mission moments, milestones, anniversaries, and celebrations.
